Instep Scholarships
We believe in our members, especially our youth, as they will be the future leaders in our communities. Whatever the intended major, college or dream job, we want to help our students start off right! Remember that unlike most scholarships, this one is exclusive to Instep members only. That means your chances of winning are higher than other scholarships! We are awarding three $1,000 scholarships.
Eligibility:
Graduating High School Seniors from Belle Chasse High School, Phoenix High School, and South Plaquemines High School
To be considered for an Instep scholarship, the applicant must:
- Be a member in good standing of Instep Federal Credit Union.
- Be graduating from Belle Chasse High School, Phoenix High School, and South Plaquemines High School in the spring of 2026*.
- Have maintained a 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- Complete an application and personal essay.
*One scholarship per school if applicable.
Application Package:
All applicants must submit an application package which includes:
- A completed application
- A current high school transcript
- One letter of recommendation
- A personal essay
